CardMyBaby lets you create digital keepsake cards from your baby's photos, save them in your vault and share them. It does not print or mail cards. You can save a card as a picture and print it yourself. The service is provided as-is while in early access, and features may change.
CardMyBaby is an independent service. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any hospital, clinic, brand or company. Names that appear on a card are text you typed, and they belong to their owners. A card is a keepsake: its serial number is not a birth certificate or any official record.
You must be at least 13 to use CardMyBaby. If you are under 18, please use it with the OK of a parent or guardian.
You keep ownership of your photos and the cards you make. By using the service you confirm you have the right to use the photos you upload, including permission from people who appear in them and, for anyone under 18, from a parent or guardian. If you put a baby's name and photo on a card, you confirm you are that baby's parent or guardian, or that you have a parent's permission. You may not use the service to create content that is unlawful, infringing, or intended to deceive.
The paid plan, the First Year Pass, is currently $39.99 and covers your baby's whole first year. Paid plans have not started; while the service is in early access nothing is charged. The price, the length of the plan and how renewal works are shown at checkout before you pay.
Do not abuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, or use it to spam. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CardMyBaby and Benjamin 23 Blue Enterprise LLC are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
